Dr Ray is a great orthodontist, he straightened both of my daughters teeth. Great location, office and staff. Highly recommend.

Condescending and casual. My teeth was still crooked after wearing braces but he wasn't interested in listening to my concern nor did he try to provide a solution to fix it. I guess when you have so many offices around the Houston area, you are more invested in money than giving patients the teeth they want.

We spent over $5000 with insurance on my daughter's braces when she was a teenager. Her teeth were not straight when the braces were removed and they hit each other, yet she was released from his care. Oh, by the way, we only saw Dr. McClendon twice in two years. He's at his other offices promoting Invisalign. My daughter is now 24 and is in braces again to fix all of McClendons' mistakes. Her mouth will cost us over $10,000 when it's over. Dr. Richards in Kingwood is fixing her mouth now and he's great. My son went to him as well and had no problems. Please, I don't want this to happen to anyone else. She has been in so much pain for so many years.

This is an exceptional company. It is run by one of the most incredible orthodontists. The staff is friendly and helpful, my visits are timely, my treatment was completed In a timely manner as wel. The company has a huge philothranopic presence which I really appreciate.
