Excellent dentist. Caring, compassionate, intelligent, skillful and great chair side manner. Highly recommend him without hesitation. Our entire family uses him and he is great with both kids and adults. He is the best family dentist.

We have been going to Dr. B for 15 years. Great dentist, great bedside manner! My children have been seeing him since they are 2 so now at 12 and 15 they both love going to the dentist!! Highly recommend!

I believe the bad reviews clumped together were from the same person. Dr. Baranello is wonderful and his receptionist is efficient. She also handles insurance issues without hassling you. One of my older kids went to a dentist in NYC who told her she had five cavities and needed a crown. Dr. Baranello reviewed the x-rays and found out the "necessary" work wasn't needed at all-just a way to make money. I needed a chip filled and was out of town when it happened. It looked awful and Dr. Baranello fixed it perfectly. He and his staff remember everything going on in your kids lives and ask about them. It feels like visiting a family member.

Worse experience ever, the dentist only wanted my money, the secretary is so rude. I wouldn't recommend this dentist at all. Ruined my teeth.

This office is horrible, when I first made my appointments everything was great, although the receptionist is very rough, after a couple of visits and a few months later I started having problems with the same teeth the doctor had "fixed". When I tried to reach out to him I could never get through, the customer sevice is horrible, the receptionist would never let me talk to the doctor directly. Worse experience ever

The receptionist is very rude, and the dentist completely messed up my teeth, I would never recommend it.
