Dr Hall grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and graduated from Hoover High School in 1971. He attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri and went on to earn both a Masters in Public Health Degree and a Doctor of Dental Sciences Degree from the University of Iowa. He has practiced dentistry for 24 years.
Dr. Hall is a member of the American Dental Association and The Iowa Dental Association.
