Dr. Robert F Belfon

People with ALL my heart I tell you run don’t walk to another dentist. Please, everything that is written about the unsanitary conditions and the treatment of his patients and staff are abhorrently true. Dr. Belfon berated one of his staff members in front of the patients. They would leave us and other patients in the waiting room for hours while they made phone calls to their travel agent to fly to South America. Dr. Belfon tried to get away without using novacaine on my son before drilling. Theresa, his wife, is a mean, disrespectful... She’ll be nice to you until you’ve paid off your bill them she’ll attack you verbally and bad mouth you until you can’t take returning. If you do decide to take family to see this quack don’t step away from him or his arrogant, uneducated, spiteful fish-wife. Furthermore, if my comment is deleted, I will repost it.

I've had 4 root canals done in the last 10 years with Dr. Belfon. He has always been patient with someone like me who don't care for dentists to begin with. He listens and empathetic to patients. I've never gone in his office and was made that I was just a job. He gets to know me and my family and is good at what he does. He is very patient dealing with children of all ages and I repeat listens and is empathetic to the child's needs and parents supervision.

Instruments not sanitized properly (dish soap used). Dirty environment.

The waiting area smelt of cat dander, mildew, and dental fluids. The staff was rude and not helpful. The spacing of the office was not adequate, no room to move around very crowded and uncomfortable. Over all experience was terrible, the place was filthy nasty!

Dr. Belfon did terribly poor fillings on our child. We went three times and have since found a more capable dentist.
