Dr. Azizi has been in the health care field for 20 years. She graduated from OHSU dental school in 1992 and from the National college of Natural Medicine in 2009 with academic honors and honors in research. She also holds a certificate in nutrition and one in functional gastroenterology from Dr Steven Sandberg-Lewis ND DHANP and is currently enrolled at Carrick Institute studying functional neurology.
She believes that patients should be treated with the respect, friendliness, honesty, care and skill they expect. This is why she always furthers her education to better serve her patients.
She has been living in Portland Metropolitan area since 1984. She enjoys hiking, playing tennis, ping pong and spending time with her daughter.
Dr. Bryan Euzent grew up in Sunnyvale, California and is a graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
Dr. Euzent's goal is to provide the best dental care …possible in a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment. He uses the best methods and materials available to help you keep your teeth as healthy as possible so you can keep them for a lifetime. He always recommends treatment that he would have for himself and looks forward to making your visits as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Euzent has been a member of the Cascade Aesthetic Masters study club which focuses on advanced training in Occlusion, Chewing Systems, Implants and Aesthetic Dentistry. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and is an active volunteer for Medical Teams International, a non-profit organization through which he provides free dental care to underserved patients. He has volunteered his dental services locally and internationally.
Lenore Rylander has been practicing dental hygiene for 15 years. She loves her career and is strong on patient education. She has lived in Beaverton for 30 years with her husband Jim and their three sons. She also loves to quilt and garden. Lenore looks forward to meeting you and helping you to obtain optimum oral health.
Shelly (Cielito) Tam has been a great dental assistant for 15 years. She and Dr Azizi started the practice together in 1997. Shelly is well versed in all aspects of dentistry as she is also a dentist, graduated from Centro Escolar University School of Dentistry in the Philippines. Besides the back office (dental assisting), she is also well familiar with the front office work.
She lives in Sherwood with her husband Danny and their three wonderful kids. While not working, she enjoys biking, singing, playing piano and yard work.
