Went to the doctor because I wanted to find a place closer to where I worked. Turned out to be a big mistake. I ended up having to wait for an approval for more than one root canal. In which the office never submitted that request to my insurance. I was contacting them every week or so for about a month to ask what the results were from the insurance and they said please stop calling we will let you know when they contact us with the pre-approval to get the root canals done. 4 months later I contacted them and it turned out that they never submitted the paperwork to get that pre-approval. After that happened I decided to go back to the original dentist I had. In which I had to have what would have been two teeth saved ended up having to be pulled and during that time that I was waiting for the root canals to be approved I had numerous infections and now I have a tooth that has lost its peeling from the work that he had done. Also he did some pre-drilling of an area that was never… covered up with a temporary filling or a filling and now that tooth is almost completely destroyed. I would never recommend DES office. I'm very disappointed in the staff. And I'm very disappointed in the fact that he literally saw me for 3 minutes and that was the end. Do not go to this horrible dentist.

Told him it was not numb and pulled it out felt it breaking an was kicking the chair an had tears rolling down face an then never gave me any pain pills the worst time I ever had at dentist

What a down to earth dentist! He was fantastic and so were the staff.

Dr. Amirani tortured me. He would work on my teeth (several times on the same ones) without much pain medication. His assistant (stupid blonde) purposely squirted water down my throat causing me to choke and cough up water. I was in tears more than once in his chairs. He is disrespectful to women, calling us honey and baby. But then he is an Iranian and loves to torture people. He needs to go back home!!! Send someone anonymously to his office from the dental board - you'll see what I mean.

Dr Amirani seems to be too busy. He needs to quit calling his clients "Baby" and "Honey." I have spent more time getting a replacement or re-cementing the crowns he has done than anything else. One crown has been replaced twice since he put the original crown on. Twice he drilled on my teeth without anesthesia... He said I could take it. His receptionist needs to work on being polite and losing the attitude.
