My name is Sebastian. I attended Excelle College of Professional Enterprises in 2002. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2004. I am licensed in X-ray and coronal polishing, and certified by the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries. I have worked with Dr. Dhir since 2004 and I like that we all have a good time at work. I really enjoy the staff and I am known for making a mean pot of coffee!
I am married to Aimee and together we enjoy our 6-year old daughter Violet. We live in the East County. My hobbies are gardening and playing the banjo for my girls.
I am Tammy and I have been in the dental field since 1989. I’m from a small town in Southern California and I just “knew†that I would be a…. “LAWYER†when I grew up! While going to the local Junior College, I had to find a part time job. I saw an ad in the paper and went in for an interview. I got the job working part time for a dentist who happened to pull my tooth when I was 6 years …old! Funny story:
When I was 6, he was an associate at my regular dentist’s office. I didn’t know his name, but I would always remember him… It was a very traumatic experience! Little did I know an infected tooth is difficult to numb… It hurt for about 5 seconds but the experience lasted a lifetime! When I was introduced to the dentist I was about to work for on the day of my interview, I about fell over… It was that dentist who pulled my tooth so long ago! I told the office manager and she had to let him in on the story, we all had a good laugh.
When he opened a new practice in San Diego County, I immediately jumped at the chance to make the move to the big city! I worked for him until he sold his practice in 1997.
I started my dental experience working in the back office doing miscellaneous things. I did whatever needed to be done and learned a great deal. I took classes, got my license and decided that I loved the dental field… I have never looked back!
Since 1990, I have been a Registered Dental Assistant with licensing in Coronal Polishing and Ultrasonic Scaling. In 2006, I became a member of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ADIA) and the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). In 2007, I also became certified by the ADIA in the Practice Management Implant Program.
I started working for Dr. Mayer at this very office in 1997 and when Dr. Dhir took over, I knew this would still be “home†for me. I have been here a little over 10 years and have enjoyed every minute. Everyday is challenging and rewarding. There is always so much to learn and Dr. Dhir, the staff and the patients keep me wanting to learn more!
In my spare time, I do a lot of photography and scrap booking and I play co-ed softball 1-2 times a week. I’ve played softball since I was a little girl and have yet to give it up!
I live in El Cajon with my 7-year-old dog, Chaos…Â

My name is Vesta and I have been working in the dental field since 1996. I became a Registered Dental Assistant in 1997. I have been working in this office sine 2004 and I love it here! I have been assisting in dental implant surgeries with Dr. Dhir since 2006 and in the summer of 2007, I became certified by the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries. I love working in the dental field because of the patients. Everyday I learn something new, either in relation to dental or human nature.
I am a San Diego native, born and raised in the South Bay. My family consists of a wonderful, smart son named Zayne and a furry dog-child named Jack.
My spare time is spent with my son riding bikes and hiking. I also enjoy photography, funny movies and Latin dancing.
