Dr. Scott Leverattended the University of Maryland at College Park as an undergraduate student, majoring in Biology. He was selected as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Lever then continued his education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, where he received his D.D.S. degree in 1984.
Dr. Lever spent one year at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland completing a general dental residency. Upon completion of his residency, he practiced as an associate dentist in Baltimore until joining Drs. Goldberg, Highstein and Fine in 1987. In 1991, Dr. Lever received his Fellowship from the Academy of Genral Dentistry and in 1999 he was elected as a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Maryland and Baltimore County Dental Associations, the Academy of General Dentistry, The Sleep Disorder Dental Society, The American Sleep Disorder Associates and Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. He also taught as a …part-time clinical instructor in the Oral Diagnosis Department at the Univeristy of Maryland Dental School and as a clinical consultant for the Dental Advisor, a monthly journal published exclusively for the dental profession.
