I had the worst Invisalign treatment with this doctor. Appointments were always cancelled, scans were often delayed, no provider in office, and just so disorganized. I was not able to complete my treatment due to the doctor closing my plan. No retainers provided and now I am having more bite issues than before I started Invisalign treatment. The whole thing was a living nightmare that I’m still living. No returned calls, will not provide records and when I last spoke to the person who answered the phone she had no records of me being seen since 2021. I was seen till 2023. How do you not have two years of records. I have pictures and social media posts showing I was there those years. Stay far far away from this office.

I am blessed to have been treated by this wonderful human being. Doctor Sonia Rocha and her team of dentist including the entire medical staff is superior to any other place I have ever been. They are all caring, friendly, clean, detailed oriented and most important I am so happy with the results. I am having implants done upper and lower. The upper is done and I can smile again, I look younger because it made my facial skin tighter, some people thought I had done Botox. I can smile again, i am able to crack jokes again, I am able to be me once again without having to be self-conscious or cover my mouth when i smile. I ca does not wait until the entire work is done by 2022. I will come back and talk about the results. I recommend Doctor Sonia Rocha 110% they are the best!!

Sonia Rocha is the highest priced dentist I've been to in Naples...by far. Whenever I visited there I received a written estimate for the work she proposed and I was shocked at the prices! When a cap fell off she said I needed a new one at $1,800.00. When I asked that she simply put back the original she said if would fall off again, a new cap was necessary. I insisted she put back the original cap. She made me wait for two hours. did the work (approx. 15 min) and charged me $350.00 to put back a cap. Two days later it fell off. I returned to have it put back. She was grumpy and said "I told you it would fall off...you need a new cap." I decided she wasn't interested unless it was the $1800.00 she quoted, so I left and went to another dentist....who did the job for $149,00 and that was more 3 months ago. The cap is still secure in my mouth. One final comment, I recommended Sonia Rocha to five of my friends. I told them NO WAY! and recommended the dentist that resolved my case.

I've tried for 6 months to receive my unused funds from my account. Next I'll be filing a complaint with the Dental Peer Review to get this resolved. Rediculous!!!

I've repeatedly requested a refund of unused services that I paid almost 5K for and have now had to hire an attorney to help collect. This is very bad business!!!

Dr. Sonia truly cares about her patient and I can tell because she almost always has a smile on her face. She loves what she does and it shows.

was not up front with cost I ask her for the full cost of the treatment I got a prize then very time it more and more thy try to sell you thing saying that needed it a joke and very costly
