Office staff is very nice and just the dr on the other hand I can’t speak for his work because I caught his highly over priced bill befor work began told it was going to be one price and then when I went home and read over the treatment plan and bill it was well over $4,000.00 more then what he had told the procedure was going to cost and got me approved for a loan that I would be paying exactly 50% interest but disguised it as 15.9% percent when I added up all the payments over 3 years the interest was exactly half of the total bill this is why normal working people can’t trust drs like this and why insurance is so high

I've been blessed to have met Dr. Karas and his entire staff. I'm a professional car salesman and I lost most of my teeth and am embarrassed to smile so I shopped for an entire dental implant restoration and was given a price of $66,000. Needless to say I almost fainted from sticker shock and almost gave up until I came across Dr. Karas in Manalapan Township, NJ and he gave me a free exam and consultation and he offered to save me several thousand dollars so we agreed to go forward. Since then he extracted most of my upper teeth in one sitting (6), painlessly which never happens for me because I have very hard bones. Because I smoke I had 2 dry sockets which is very painful and he immediately had me come in twice and gently attended to me. So far he and his entire staff, Amanda, Virginia, Spiri, Zebrina, and Mickey his capable dental assistant were all great and made me feel welcomed and part of their family. I highly recommend Dr. Karas and his staff from Classic Dental Arts to all… my friends and family and anyone needing dental work or a new smile. I will continue to update my honest reviews as he completes my dental implants restoration.
