Dr. Spyrison’s current interests include swimming, cycling, motorcycling, any other outdoor activity and reading and writing.
He co-authored the For the Love of Community column in the Journal /Standard and the book, which helped raise over $10,000 for charities. He has also written/co-written three books and enjoys doing presentations on a variety of topics.
He has enjoyed volunteering for the local health department and mission work in Mexico and Peru.
