Dr. Haynes did excellent, exacting work on an emergency root canal. However, she identified at least three more teeth that needed to be recapped but another dentist I decided to go to (after root canal) said they were just fine and three years later they are still fine. The reason I left after the first root canal was the obnoxious attitude of the office manager. Despite excellent dental insurance he demanded payment before the work was begun and finished. Initial pricing was also inaccurate. Arguments ensued about this condition. Obviously the dentist approves of how he conducts business otherwise changes would have been made.

I would strongly NOT recommend using this dentist. I have had several crowns down by various dentist. The one this lady did was a disaster! It didn't fit; it was uncomfortable; and she resisted fixing it. She remodeled it and took all the porcelain off " down to the metal" and it still was uncomfortable and began to cause pain in the antagonist tooth; yet she still resisted removing it and replacing it. I finally had to go to another dentist. He office manager was rude and insulting. They are refusing to even consider a partial, let alone a full refund-even though the other dentist saw immediately why it was a problem for me; removed it quickly and easily and has replaced it. I was since informed by an employee that she saw him for emergency services; charged him $300.00, but did nothing except told him to return during normal hours and wrote him a pain script that couldn't be filled because she was unqualified to write it per the pharmacist. She refused to give him a refund too. Now she has a new big fancy office that patients will have to pay for-even if the services are not provided. "Let's See you Smile" I am those I know who have seen her are NOT smiling!!!!! If you want to pay her for services you don't get....go for it!
