Dr. Peters was more than I could hope for. So nice, so calming, so gracious. Had no problem. I went in for a back molar extraction. He called personally several times to see how I was doing and knew I had a long drive home (San Antonio, Fl).

I had my heart set on going to Ted Peters for my wisdom tooth extraction so I made an appointment but I found out that my particular insurance wasn't accepted there. Unfortunately I started to look for a dentist that accepted my insurance with good reviews. NONE compared to Ted Peters. I was so frustrated and JUST as I hung up with an aggravating insurance call, Ted Peters himself called me from his cell moments later! I answered in frustration then apologized to Ted for the way I answered because I was already upset with my insurance company. He was so KIND! Ted called to tell me that he took a look at my X rays from my previous dentist, (that he had forwarded from my old dentist) and said it seems that I have two impacted wisdom teeth on one side that's causing swelling and infection. He advised that I should be seen by a dentist - who accepts my insurance, so its affordable for me - as soon as I can. HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THAT! He gave me tips and home remedies I could do to help me… in the mean time before I get to a dentist. CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IS HARD TO FIND! This dentist went out of his way (for a patient that wasn't even his) to help me! He told me to save his number if I needed questions answered. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. That goes to show that he is in the business because he CARES. This makes me even more heart broken that I won't be able to make it to his office. THANK YOU DR.PETERS! Your customer service is the best I've ever had from any dentist - without ever having seen you! Wow. :) If you are looking for a dentist who genuinely cares, call Ted! He was recommended to me by a friend at work and I know exactly why!!!
