Valerie A. Foster DMD, PC
Valerie Foster received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Science from
Portland State University. She also completed part of her undergraduate
studies at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her
Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from Oregon Health Science University
in 1985. After practicing dentistry for one year as an associate dentist in
Rainier, Oregon, she opened her dental practice in Aloha, Oregon in February
1986. Dr. Foster built the current dental facility in August 1991 and has just
completed remodeling the building to keep it sparkling and up to date.
She is, of course, currently licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Oregon,
but also holds a current inactive dental license in the State of Idaho. Dr. Foster
continually updates her knowledge and skills in dentistry by taking numerous
continuing education courses. She and her staff stay current in CPR and medical
emergency protocol and keep informed of …continually changing dental and OSHA
procedures and standards.
She lives in Hillsboro with her husband Dr. Rupert Fersch, a German born U.S. resident, and has two children,
Megan and Ben. Her passion, however, is traveling… She and her husband Rupert travel to Germany often where
they have a second home. She also has enjoyed traveling to islands to scuba dive and to France to see her French
