This place is an absolute joke! I had an appointment with Dr. ALMUKTHAR I waited over five months for this appointment as I had a skin tag that is in a difficult location that I could not remove myself… When I went to the appointment finally she said she removed it and it was in a place that I could not see by the time I got home. I asked my spouse and she froze over an inch away from the skin tag! I waited over five months for an appointment that she butchered and when I called the clinic, they said come back right away and she will fix it… I changed my whole day around headed back when I got there. They said that she had already left for the day!!! Absolute worst customer service absolute worst Dr I would not recommend going there and on top of that. They charged my insurance and tried to bill them. I told my insurance what they did.

I have a hard time believing that she has a licensed dermatologist… I came in for a skin tag removal of freezing off of it of a location that I could not access myself… She froze off my skin nowhere near the skin tag! When I called the office when I got home and realized that she did this, she was nowhere near it at least an inch away. They said come back and she’ll get it when I did drive the hour back. She had already left the office! Absolutely horrible service absolutely don’t understand how a dermatologist can miss a skin tag that’s over a quarter inch long ever I will never ever ever go back.
