Dr. Juan Carlos Vigil, MD

This doctor did not have any bedside manner or rapport. On my second visit to review my lab results, he knew that their clinic had gotten hacked and that they had lost my labs. Yet, he walks into the appointment saying "what happened?" I then asked what do you mean what happened. He was trying to blame me for not doing labs. I told him I did the labs and was expecting the results. He later admitted that Intercoastal or the company above them got hacked with ransomware and lost access to my labs. He also did not complete his examination of me that day and said he would no longer be my doctor. This also stems from my belief that I don't want the risks and side effects associated with Statins and Colonoscopies. My previous doctors have been respectful of my decisions even if they disagree. This doctor was acting as an authoritarian and doesn't seem to allow me to have "informed consent" . On top of dropping me as a patient, he also dropped my wife and son, when they never did… anything wrong. He is the worst physician that I've ever had in 55 years of living. I wish he would find a profession that better suits his terrible and egotistical personality.
