Dr.O goes out of her way to help you.

Dr. Okyere is a wonderful doctor. I have been a patient in the PMR department for many years; Dr. was my doctor for all these years. When he retired, he told me he wanted me to see Dr. Okyere. He told me that she would take good care of me, and she has! Dr. O is empathetic and a very good listener. I feel a real connection with her.

Dr. "O" is a treasure. This was my first visit with her, but it was evident from the beginning that she is a caring, compassionate, and comprehensive doctor. She took great care to understand my situation, include me in decisions, and answer all my questions. She also has the heart of a teacher. None of my questions were "stupid" or dismissed. She turned the computer so I could see several images to explain her answers. Some images were my previous ones, and some were "stock" ones to explain the why of medical situations. I repeat- she's a treasure.

This is the only person who really seems to understand my condition beside my neurosurgeon. She has experience with this type of injury. I am thankful to the physical therapy for guiding into see Dr. Okyere.
