Dr. Mahmood was very knowledgeable assuring me about the procedure and the process. I had a total knee replacement on my left knee.I was very scared and uncertain about some things, but he made me feel comfortable before surgery, and after Surgery I was very pleased how everything was set up for me there was a app called force it helps patients after their surgery and the in home physical therapy process different exercise videos, very good source to help patients on their recovery.The staff was very helpful and even with me getting up to walk after the surgery, also after surgery, the phone calls to the clinic that I’ve made about my pain, which my pain was a really excruciating the staff got back with me very quickly made sure that I had my medication sent over to I was very comfortable overall. Everything went well. I was very pleased with the outcome. Everything that he had set up for me was there even with the rehabilitation the in-home physical therapy that came to my home three… times a week and getting back to my own routine and set up a plan for me to get back to work, overall experience was phenomenal.I also work for Baylor Scott And White Medical University Medical Center here in Dallas,Texas, where I work on a surgical oncology unit,I been employed there for four years so I know a lot about the healthcare field and recovery after surgery process and care that patients receive so I know a lot about after surgery care.I was very pleased with the care and confident in my recovery, this has been the best experience I’ve had about surgery in over 20 years, this was the best experience I’ve had in a long time….again Dr. Mahmood is Extraordinary Doctor.
