I love being able to give positive reports. My husband has seen many doctors over the last half year and we’ve had wonderful experiences with good doctors and nurses. Sadly, yesterday was an exception. Dr. Jackson Seemed almost agitated right from the start. I felt hesitant to ask questions because of his attitude towards us. I think the word my husband used was that Dr. Jackson seemed, “curt.” I want to give Dr. Jackson the benefit of the doubt and maybe it was just a bad day for him.

Dr Jackson seems kinda shy about being overly friendly but makes an effort to be cordial . That is appreciated . As far as being a surgeon and a doctor , I get the impression that he is Very competent . I have a Lot of confidence in him . He performed a surgery and it had an expected Terrific outcome .

Great doctor. I had a mallet finger injury on my pinky. We splinted it for 8 weeks. Although the tendon is healed, it's not much straighter than before, but it functions. At follow-up, he said surgery would not make it any better. Overall, I'm satisfied with the result, which was as expected. I'm just a bit discouraged that with all the medical advances we've made, it's 2025 and we still can't fix a simple mallet finger injury.

Dr. Jackson was very nice and professional from first visit to surgery and after surgery. He took his time to explain the procedure and recovery regarding the carpal tunnel I would highly recommend him.

Dr Jackson is my choice for hand orthopedics. He always takes time to listen, offers alternatives to surgery and assists in helping me to make my final decision. In my opinion, Dr Jackson is the best.
