Dr. Patel is so understanding, patient, and kind. She understands that I will cry because of all of my anxieties about everything going on. She validates my feelings. Early on, she asked how I was managing my depression and anxiety because I had written it on my chart. That has never happened before. I've never ever had a doctor ask me about that and I always write it down. Dr. Patel is encouraging, sweet, clear, and concise. I appreciate how she talks about issues, she doesn't sugar coat anything but she is very considerate of how she words things and presents ideas. I need people to be direct and to wait while I process so I can ask questions. I don't feel pressured by her. I've never had a doctor that I felt comfortable asking questions to. I'm incredibly grateful for her and her office.

The NP occasionally would call to explain results of blood tests, but when I would message her with a question, I would get no response.

Dr. Patel was upbeat and super in tune with my daughter's needs. I don't speak for my teen, so I liked that she spoke at her directly and only looked at me for guidance.
