Summary
I have over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist. I have had the opportunity to work in multiple settings with diverse teams. These different professionals allowed me to see a variety of perspectives leading to a wider understanding of people and their difficulties. Although I believe that coping skills are extremely effective to cope with daily struggles, it is even more important to explore and understand the underlying issues in order to get to a deeper level of healing. It is important to me that each individual leaves treatment with greater insight and the freedom to use their new found strengths to make themselves happier and their lives better.
