Staff was very nice and friendly only waited 15 past my appointment time. No magazines to speak of, tv though. Thank goodness for phones. My only problem was there was a further test she wanted to do to rule things out. It would have been nice if it could have been done right then !! Half hour drive again there and back … Don’t understand what the preparation was??? Dr. Lau is great just hate making that extra trip .

Dr Lau is a credit to herself and the practice. She is friendly and empathetic. Always informative regarding the procedure and makes a somewhat nervous patient a lot more at ease.

I have been a patient at NJ Retina for 5 years. I feel the practice is well run and the staff are efficient and friendly. Dr. Lau, is wonderful. She is very professional n knowledgeable. I ask lots of questions , she takes the time to answer. she is thorough in her examination. I have never experienced long wait times, even when the office was very crowded. There is a certain amount of waiting, as the medications need to take effect before the exam. I highly recommend this practice.

She is professional, great at establishing a relationship with the patient, asking questions and seemed to be thorough in her examination.
