Dr. David B Koller, MD

This is the worst office I have ever been to. After seeing Koller's partner for a year, who started every visit with "have I see you before?", and my situation getting much worse, I requested a new doctor after they lost my chart before my 5th visit. This new doctor was Koller. They made me wait another additional month to see Koller, but I waited. Driving an hours, arriving 30 mins early to the appointment I sat there waiting to see him, when finally the secretary came over to me and said "our computer's are down so you'll have to come back next week"... I was there with fresh blood work to set up surgery or to see if I needed to go straight to the ER... But because their computers didn't work Koller's ability to be a doctor shut down and I was asked to leave... And in what can only be described as a scene from Idiocracy, I asked the secretary who was standing there with a notepad, "Because the computers are down, the doctor can't take notes". She wrote this down and said "That's… correct". So, I ask a follow up... You're taking notes right now with your pen and paper, how did doctors see patients before computers? She shrugged her shoulders and said "It doesn't work like that"... This office should lose their medical license. There is a reason you can't find any reviews for this office or this doctor anywhere online, so I HOPE you find this review before you go there. There were 3 other patients in the waiting area, one of whom was 80-to-90 years old and when they told her she'd need to come back next week she said, "I'm here today because I can't come back until October" (Three months later). Again, the secretary said, "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do."
