Dr. Rachel Ellen Brodie, MD

Finally glad to see someone else called Dr. Brodie out on her terrible behavior. Worst doctor I’ve ever been to for gynecology. She accused me of making up spotting in order to get a biopsy done. She then accused my husband and I of threatening her when she was attempting to do an in room biopsy. 13 months after my last period I actually had bleeding again and had to get a biopsy and they had to actually put me under in order to do it. It turned out I had cervical stenosis and they couldn’t do the full procedure. I then landed in the hospital for corresponding uterus pain. Miss Brody had zero idea what she talking about and was incredibly unsympathetic and callous. She only believed what she wanted to believe. Never should be in charge of women’s health. I never forgot my experience with her.

I chose this doctor when my previous doctor retired because her profile at Kaiser read "I deeply understand how personal and important women’s healthcare is and finding a provider you trust." I could write a lot of details about how horrible my experience was with her, but I'll keep it simple--she is self interested and will not take the time to get to know you and your situation as a patient. I would never trust her with my health or the health of my unborn child. I pray that I do not have to see her in my delivery room as you can't control those things at Kaiser. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor at Kaiser before. I highly recommend you run in the opposite direction from this doctor.
