Refused to fill prescription despite being established patient. Unprofessional and shows lack of respect for care of patient

If you value your health ... DO NOT GO TO DR. FRANCO.. She made a bad choice in diagnosing my son?? She should have sent him for an mri but instead decided to make her own and tell him its a spasm... Well he now is in the hospital with 2 herniated discs?? And weeknes in arm and hands?? Thanks to her he may need emergency surgery?? She is under qualified to make a diagnosis for this when she should have immediately sent him to a specialist?? She is a quack and needs a refresher course?? Stay far away from her if you value your own health

Dr. Franco is such a caring and professional physician. She takes a a great deal of interest in the patient and makes you feel at ease. An all around excellent phtsician. You will love her.
