He is a doctor who listens and physically examines the patient. Gives the best treatment. He was the one who diagnosed a condition that for years I suffered and nobody found. He has always been concerned about my well-being. I had never had a doctor take time with me and take a physical exam. There are few doctors who at each visit put a stethoscope on a patient's chest.

I had one visit after being assigned there by my insurance. Dr Farmer was stoic but helped me get back on my meds. I asked for a referral to a pain medicine doctor. The doctor I was referred to does not offer the treatment I've been on for three years. I asked for a new referral. I next got a call that I was being dropped due to my decision to not follow orders. Orders from a Dr I never saw. Doval at DaVita made the decision to do this never seeing me. When I asked them to contact my past provider to understand the reason for my decision, I was then told he NEVER changes his mind. That is an attitude of a ignorant person. Stay away. He has low ratings on many sites.
