Dr. Jackson Yates Girardeau, MD

Dr. Girardeau is a very nonchalant ER physician who does the minimum for African American patients . He refuse diagnostic testing for a patient w/ new symptoms of visual disturbance, nausea and hypertension . He only offered medication refused to order CT after the patient and family member asked . He said that it could be a tumor but the patient can follow up output or go to another hospital for a scan .
