I have said it before. He is the best doctor ever. He could have given up on me a long time ago but he didn't. He is wonderful as is his staff. I love going to my appointments.

Dr Tovmassian has been absolutely fantastic!! My toe has had several breaks in the skin and Dr Tovmassian has been able to heal it each time (even when I didn’t listen to what he was asking me to do). Thank you so much for the excellent care I have received. James Lloyd

Dr. Tovmassian performed a successful surgery on my foot. On my follow up appointment at his office on Manzanita Ave Carmichael CA, I inspected the progress of the wounds healing. Dr. Tovmassian has good side manner; he effectively communicates what the visitors to his office need to know with no fluff or other unessasary verbage. The Foot and Ankle Center that Dr. Tovmassian and several other Podiatrist work out of is a nice large facility. I recommend Dr. Tovmassian and the Foot and Ankle Center to anyone who have any concerns with their Feet and or Ankles.
