Dr. Deepna Deepak Jaiswal, DO

My journey with Dr Jaiswal begin in late May of 2023. My condition required someone with expertise and patience. I found both qualities and professionalism in the clinic she operates. I’m still being treated through her clinic as of Nov 2023. The same way I was approached from from the beginning is what I’m experiencing now. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Thank you Dr Jaiswal and team you all rock!

During my entire treatment I met her one time. We spoke 10 minutes. I never again was allowed any access to my doctor. I was always shut down by very rude front office personnel. On my final visit to get the results of my pet scans they told me I would meet with her. But she took off that day and left that visit for her pa to conduct. It was one final slap in the face to me the patient. I deserved to meet with a doctor. An oncologist. Not someone who knows less than my pcp. No one in jaiswals office would help manage my pain. So I had to work through the quality of life division of this organization. I met Helena and have not had another single problem with my pain management. My point is picking Dr jaiswals as my oncologist was a huge mistake. Her office personnel is terrible with sick people and she does not provide acceptable medical care. It’s not exceptional. It’s not even ACCEPTABLE. Her license should be pulled and evaluated thoroughly. If someone recommends… Dr jaiswals for your doctor, run the other direction. She has made this experience so much harder and more painful than it needed to be. I should have received medical care and compassion. I received acceptable care but only because I had a friend who is a pcp and fought for my care everyday for 3 months.

Very friendly staff and the doctor is awesome. I feel confident that she's (Dr. Jaiswal) going to find out what's going on and take the best steps to correct it.

She truley treats her patients like family

She prances around and acts as though she is the Almighty. Never have any solutions. Doesn’t like to be questioned or challenged with facts.
