Dr.Formato was fantastic, NOT RUSHED, took her time and addressed all of my concerns with compassion! Her knowledge and bedside manner are very complimentary.No one else I'd rather see!

My initial appointment was fine. She listened to my vast array of symptoms and jumped in with lab work and a referral. My second appointment wasn’t so great. She cut me off, saying I needed to hurry it up. Didn’t perform a complete physical. Seemed flustered and overwhelmed with my symptoms and the level of care I require at this time. She said that I have “too much going on”. If she is overwhelmed, how does she think I feel?? I believe a primary care drs job is to help manage the care a patient is receiving from other specialists. Shes a poor manager and provides little comfort. She also recommended that I take supplements instead of Aleve for a herniated disk and refused to give me a referral for a neurologist. If youre healthy and only need to see her for an annual sinus infection, shes the dr for you. Staff is wonderful and kind.
