Dr. Goldstone is nice. However, I had been a patient for almost 5 years. Since October my appointment was rescheduled by the clinic due to selective surgeries getting priority. Today, I finally had an appointment. Dr said she had to reschedule December's appointment due to Patient's calling in at the end of the year once deductible was met to schedule surgery that she advised earlier in the year. I understand surgery claims are paid more than just an annual exam. But seriously, my appointment was rescheduled twice for surgeries. In almost 5 years, I had never been late to an appointment. I was 2 minutes late and had to reschedule appointment because Dr had a surgery and couldn't see me. Customer service was good at the Plano location years ago. Ever since the move to Dallas, Customer Service has declined.
