I was pleased with the doctor's apparent expertise and I believe she gave me good care. I left without some of my questions answered to my satisfaction. I felt there was a bit of rush or abruptness to the visit.

This was our second time here (second ingrown toenail) and I intentionally scheduled with this doctor for her bedside manner I heard about from the last visit dad took him to. I took him to this one and she did not disappoint nor did her team. I would recommend her to everyone.

She determined the issue I am dealing with and was very forthright regarding options, and even though the treatment that needs to happen isn't in her purview, she gave me the name of the practitioner who could possibly take care of it (and will be coming in the fall). In the meantime, she provided resource options to help me until then.

First visit Boni was more worried about catching up on paperwork because she had been so busy all day. She rushed out of my appointment because she had paperwork, and it was close to lunch. SECOND (follow up) visit; after maybe 4 minutes in the offfice, her CELL PHONE RANG, she picked it up, waved to me, and took her PERSONAL PHONE CALL in the hallway, then went to the room across the hall

She was very rushed & had no time to visit. Left the room quickly & left most of the explanining to the nurse. Which the nurse was considerate and calm. Dr was not. The Dr made me feel very inferior & my questions were brushed off in a nonchalant manner. I left very confused & disheartened.
