Dr. Sahota potentially saved my life and/or greatly improved it's quality through listening, making adjustments, and providing a safe atmosphere that enabled honest communication, self advocacy, and continuity of care.

Invested in my care

Dr. Sahota has been really good about listening to me and explaining what side effects I’m experiencing even if they are considered “minor”. She really probes farther and wants to gather all the information, rather than many doctors I see just want to get me out of the office.

Worst Psychiatrist I've Met

I was struggling with a condition that is poorly understood in the psychiatric community. Despite having scant education about my issue, Dr. Sahota insisted she knew more than me. Believes a medical degree grants you all the knowledge in the universe. My attempts to enlighten her were blown off or scolded even when her treatments weren't working. Was extremely dismissive, condescending, didn't seem to care or try to understand. Lacks compassion and critical thinking necessary to help cases not outlined in a textbook. Enormous waste of time and money.
