Dr. Zachary Max Goldstein, MD

The dermatologist's incredibly brief five-minute examination felt dismissive, and his decision to pull down the collar of my shirt when examining my collarbone and upper back instead of a proper examination only added to my frustration. Throughout the examination, all he could tell me was that he didn't know what was wrong with me. Instead of referring me to someone else, he ended the appointment within the first five minutes. To top it off, as I left, he held the door open, staring without uttering a word – no goodbye, no have a nice day, just silence. This lack of basic courtesy heightened my anger. Despite the fact that a different doctor at the same facility the day prior explicitly stated that my issues were distinct from what he was referring me to the dermatology department for, the dermatologist, Zachary, suggested using the same prescription I was prescribed for a different issue. When I pushed for guidance on what to do if it didn't work, he replied with a careless "I don't… know; I guess you'd have to schedule another appointment." This entire experience was marked by incompetence and a stunning lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against seeking treatment from this dermatologist.
