We spent a decade moving from therapist to therapist for our daughter, with almost no results to show for the time and money we spent. Then we found Dr. Pochyly. He had insights about our daughter within a few visits that other therapists failed to perceive after months and months of sessions. He came up with a practical plan. He offered us guidance based on his many years working with children. We value his experience and insight and guidance greatly, and have found him to be a godsend to us during some of the most difficult times of our daughter's life (and ours). He could not diagnose the severe OCD-related anxiety of our child. He suggested sending her away and calling the police if she threatened to hurt herself or others. Though he could imagine these extreme behaviors, he insisted our child was "typical." Unbelievable.
