Met for first time. He needs MRI before we can decide on procedures . He was very impressive, and I look forward to working with him on my problems.

Fantastic doctor who has great bedside manners and does very thorough assessments. He has treated my wife and myself. He truly tries to get to the cause of your pain and looks at long term treatments to improve your life. This doctor really cares.

It was worth the wait for his appointment. I have been struggling with docs for diagnosis and he exactly understood what and gave me confidence that he would work together to fix the issue. Very patient, good bed side manners and polite. His staff was good too

Dr. David Cheng put me at ease with his confidence and articulated to me what was wrong with my spine in an easy to understand manner. It's been two and a half weeks since my visit and injection on my lower back. I felt better just talking to him. He and another doctor at Rush are my second opinions. Glad I got one. I can function without too much pain for now...hope it lasts a while.

Dr Cheng hit a nerve with the epidural and I am still suffering 10 months later! He was very rude and unprofessional after the fact. Find out if you need a lumbar or SI joint epidural first. I am seeing a neurosurgeon at NW now and he said he would not had me get a lumber injection. Start with a neuro is my suggestion
