Dr. Jennell Nelson, MD

Me and my family have been long standing patients of Dr Nelson’s practice. We even saw her at Kaiser and continued to followed her after seeing other dermatologists. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. We even get to share a laugh with her from time to time. Her live demos at the open house events are my favorite. We have had to wait at times, but when you are dealing with an excellent doctor, they are in demand. She gives you her undivided attention and is always spot on clearing my eczema flares. We are happy with our results for my daughter’s acne and dark spots. I am not sure why these mean spirited negative reviews are here. We have had nothing but positive interactions with her and her staff. We will be happy when she starts seeing patients in person again.

Unprofessional, brash, and has a terrible bed side manner. Does not listen to patients, is rude to her own staff and has shows accountability for her own bad actions. Additionally the wait time in her office was awful every time we went. Unfortunately, I waited too long to change to another doctor, but wish I had much sooner.

My experience was great, informative, and eye opening. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone who needs to be seen for skin care treatment!

I came here after relocation from Hurricane Florence. My arthritis was flared and my skin was inflamed due to stress. Dr. Nelson helped me get help with Humira. During the initial time my insurance said she was no longer able to be my doctor. Her staff called me and said this was a mistake. I was so pleased with her ability to understand my needs and trying to help me get an expensive medication. I followed up and cancelled the other Dermatologist and came back here.
