Dr. Wade Wei Han, MD

I’m sharing this review in hopes it helps others make a more informed decision. Over 11 months, I had 11 appointments with Dr. Han’s office related to a septoplasty he performed. Unfortunately, I had several negative experiences both with the surgical outcome and the interactions with his team. The front office staff were frequently rude and unprofessional when I had scheduling issues or asked basic questions about billing or medical concerns. The surgery itself did not produce the results Dr. Han promised. He assured me the procedure would fully straighten my septum and improve breathing through both nostrils. Instead, my septum remains visibly bowed, and one side is still significantly obstructed. Dr. Han appeared overly confident and was dismissive during pre-op appointments. He didn't show much interest in my specific anatomy or explain how he would approach the procedure. When I asked technical questions, he gave vague answers like “don’t worry, it will be perfectly straight,”… and insisted I trust him, rather than offering real insight. After the procedure, when it was clear the outcome didn’t match what was promised, he became evasive. He blamed allergies instead of acknowledging the crooked septum and even called me a perfectionist for expecting the results he’d assured me were realistic. Eventually, after ending our doctor-patient relationship, he admitted he had overpromised. I do believe Dr. Han is a skilled surgeon, but my experience with his communication, attitude, and staff was disappointing. I would have appreciated more honesty and transparency before making the decision to move forward with surgery.

Awful experience all Wade Han cares about is MONEY! I left a detailed one star on Google reviews PLEASE READ IT! This man took my money and left me in PAIN! Provided no care at all! I had fluid in my middle ear causing pain and pressure. It needed to be drained. He cared more about getting paid for a hearing test than relieving my pain. Even after I told him I was in to much pain to take his hearing test. He basically baited me into the hearing test with the promise of relief. Than did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Not even sent home with a Tylenol. Read entire review on Google.

Very friendly, intelligent doctor. Answers questions ive had so well. Helped me clear so much blockage so i can hear so much better. Such a great doctor. A+++

I want to compliment Dr. Han, Ana R., Allison F., Jessica S. and Diane G. These individuals are terrific. I can honestly say that I don't think you'll find a better ENT office in the state of Florida.
