i dont know about Mitra but i had a unpleasant overall experience at her clinic at the University Medical Clinic. I called with questions concerning bloodwork they did and was talked down on for getting (pre) information pertaining to my question online and was told they would call me back with answers to my questions and they never did, so where am i supposed to get answers if they wont call back and they dont want me searching online? A medical Journal at a library? They have no problem billing in full, but do have a problem in responding to follow up questions. Maybe because its not billable time? I dont know but I had a bad overall experience and would recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Hanjani is great at what she does. She has been managing my 89 year old mother's complications for over a year. She is very hard to get an appointment with though.

She has the best bed side manner and genuinely cares about her patients. Not many doctors call their patients personally to see how they are doing.

She an amazing physician especially when it comes to complex patients that most other doctors can't make diagnoses for.

I read some of the reviews about Dr. Hanjani and I have to say that as a female professional myself I can understand why ordinary people don't feel comfortable with an intelligent and authoritative female such as her. Making change takes guts.

Dr. Hanjani listens, explains and empathizes with her patients. Being behind the transition from a couple of family nurses who did nothing but hand out opioids, to a highly qualified team of providers earned her some bad reviews especially as a female doc.

Dr. Hanjani is intelligent, knowledge and has great bedside manners. I understand some people didn’t like the fact that she restaffed the clinic but ridding the clinic of a few nurses who practiced questionable medicine was necessary. She replaced them all with competent MDs.

Dr. Hanjani aquired this practice about 2 years ago and the patient care almost immediately went away. It is very telling when the previous staff all left, And even many of the new staff has left as well. They out sourced their billing and every bill I have had was full of inacqurate dolllar amounts. I will not return.
