Dr. Go is amazing.. however, I find that the last review is inaccurate because in my new patient packet it acknowledges their no call no show policy and they even call and remind me about appointments along with repeated texts and emails. (that review is very misleading) Dr. Go spends her time with the child and makes us feel heard. I never feel rushed with her.

Dr. Go has been seeing my daughter ever since she was a week old. For the last 15 months she has been such a great and caring doctor. Her experience in working with infants is amazing. But recently I have had gotten a new job that required me to enroll in my company’s benefits after 90 days of employment. So I was without health insurance for those amount of days. Now that being said, there has been appointments that was scheduled for my daughter to get seen and there was a couple of times to where I did not call to re schedule the appointment due to personal reason. Can’t get work off, my husband is not able to take her due to work, etc. Now I understand, I get it. It is my responsibility to be able to call and reschedule like a responsible adult and parent. But the last time I called to get my daughter seen, the front office advised me that my daughter is no longer a patient of Dr Go due to no call no shows. Front desk told me that Dr Go refuses patients if the parent does a no call… no show and didn’t call to request to reschedule and that it could’ve gone to somebody else. I didn’t know what to say. I was in shock honestly. I never heard that a doctor has the right to refuse services of a patient just because of scheduling problems. I was mailed a letter saying that my daughter is covered for 30 days but did not specify the reason. It didn’t say anything about due to reason of no call no show. I thought the entire time it was my insurance due to me switching job and not having coverage for those amount of days. But like I said, I called to get my daughter seen maybe a week or two later for her vacations. Then that is when I was told the news. I didn’t even get a warning or a heads up about this “policy” at all. If I had known Dr. Go would stop seeing my child due to me being a bit Irresponsible then I would have totally made more of an effort to make sure she keeps her as a doctor. I find it very insulting to me and my daughter. Like she didn’t matter as a human being? Very unprofessional. But who am I? Just another parent and another paycheck like everyone else huh?

Excellent doctor for kids...

We were stationed at NAS Corpus Christi for 3 yrs and had our 2 children there. Overall I really enjoyed taking my family to the base and especially Dr. Go. She has great bedside manner, thorough and approachable. She has personally called over the weekend to follow up when my daughter was injuried and taken to the ER. She assisted me to get special formula for her covered under Tricare when she needed it. She is also happy to give out a referral if a specialist is needed or requested. I always could get Nina her nurse to give me a call as well. Too bad we are relocating; we really like this doctor.

DR. GO IS AN INCREDIBLE PHYSICIAN AND IS PATIONATE ABOUT ALL OF HER PATIENTS AND STAFF. YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS.
