I usually don’t write reviews but I felt the need to express my gratitude for this young man who reminded me of my son. Not only was he professional and informed on my husbands condition, his delivery was warm and made us feel as if we had known him forever. My husband and I are not in healthcare, but we admire everyone who chooses such a difficult career. Dr. Azimi is an excellent surgeon and will be an asset wherever he is. The outcome of my husbands surgery was a success and I have this Dr. to thank. I have never met such a young man with such ease and intelligence.

With so many things going on in the world today, I was nervous about being in a hospital and needing surgery. I was so scared but my Dr. made me feel safe and comfortable. I just wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience and cannot thank him enough!

Dr. Azimi-Ghomi was part of the surgical team caring for my husband at Mercy Hospital. Suffice it to say that the one thing we miss about our experience is our daily bedside care by Dr. Azimi-Ghomi. At all times, we felt adopted by this excellent doctor who visited us several times a day to update us on the progress/plan of care. Our Miami community is fortunate to have him as part of the Mercy general surgical group

I wanted to get on here and write a review because I have never received such excellent care. Dr. Azimi made sure to explain everything to me from beginning to start. He checked in on me prior to my surgery and came into my room once the surgery was over and I was settled. He made sure my family was up to date with all the information they were asking about. He was so personable and charming. I am so happy with the care I received from him. I recommend him 100%!

Dr. Azimi was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and a great listener. He explained the procedure I needed done in great detail from beginning to end. I was also surprised that he spoke Spanish which made me feel more comfortable when expressing my concerns. He also came several times to check up on me and see how I was going after the surgery. I am so happy that he was the surgeon attending me. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends! Thank you so much Dr.!
