Victoria Carhart is abusive. She is NOT a doctor (MD) - she is a PhD in the easiest subject to get one (psychology where real scientific research is impossible). Anyway, Victoria Carhart is rude and abusive. I highly recommend others to document everything as she is a liar.

Victoria Carhart is very dishonest- you say something and she writes an entirely different version of.what you said in reports. That is intentional malpractice and a SERIOUS lack of integriy.

I reported sexual abuse and Victoria Carhart (Derby) did not forward the complaint as she is required by law. Victoria Carhart then illegally retaliated when I made an issue of her not forwarding the complaint. Victoria Carhart is dishonest and an absolute liar, thankfully I was able to make an Inspector General complaint.
