Dr. Aico H Watanabe

Despite explaining my religious beliefs to them, they would not let me keep my extracted teeth. I told them ahead of time, during and after, but they explicitly lied to me, claiming it's against the law for them to do so (there is no such law). I was trying to be polite and civil, but eventually I had to just take them myself, after a brief confrontation that was entirely unnecessary, despite trying to make it easy for them and being as honest as I could. There is no law existing that says a patient cannot keep teeth extracted. It may be frowned upon by OSHA standards, but it is NOT illegal for a dentist to let their patient keep extracted teeth. I came with a biohazard bag, explained ahead of time, but they did not care. I've had multiple teeth extracted from multiple dentists, and they had no issue with it. This blatant disrespect and uncivil attitude towards my religion will not be forgotten. I plan on vocalizing what happened here to my community, and share my experience with… other people of similar Faith, so this never happens to anyone again.

I had a root canal and had horrible throbbing pain for days afterwards. I went back only to have dr aico refuse to fix it and be very rude to me. I was trying to explain to her how much pain I was in and how i couldnt bite down with my other teeth bc the cap is too big. She snapped at me saying sarcastically "oh i dont know what im talking about ive been doing this for 35 years." I told her i went to the ER over the weekend bc of the pain and she laughed at me. Im in absolute shock over the treatment i received from this dentist. I will definitely be finding a new dentist for my family and I.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Watanabe for over 15 years. She is extremely competent and has a gentle chairside manner. She takes all the time I need to answer my questions. Her staff are very caring and her office is immaculate.

I had no idea I could go to the dentist without ending up in pain. I've had a crippling fear of going until I was able to secure non Medicaid insurance and get a much better dentist.

Dr. Aico and everyone in her office is very professional, helpful and friendly. I'm a nervous dental patient, and they always try to make me feel comfortable. Appointments are on time, and you're not sitting and waiting in the reception area.

Dr. Watanabe is very concerned about her patients' comfort during procedures and makes the process as pleasant as possible.

The doctor always takes the time to explain the procedure being performed. He is also sensitive to his patientâ??s needs.

This office is superior in all categories. Everything from reception to treatment is excellent. I was made to feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for.

They always make me feel welcome and explain all details to me prior to starting dental work. I have been going to them for dental services for many years and never had an issue. Highly recommend them.
