Hello, My name is Allison Skye and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts who has 20 years of experience addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and anger management with adults over the age of 18. I have completed my Master of Education in Mental Health and received Certificates in Advanced Studies in Family Therapy at the University of Massachusetts. I have had successful outcomes using a solution focused based, cognitive behavioral, strength based and mindfulness approach for therapy while maintaining a flexible awareness to meeting the unique challenges of the individual.

A warm and caring atmosphere is essential and created where change can occur and choices can be made that enhance desires while meeting the goals to be obtained. Taking that first step can be difficult in making these new changes and choices in life and yet can be very beneficial at the same time.
