Dr. Abiola Ayobami Atanda, MD

I was having terrible pain in my neck and left shoulder, and having to the Emergency room I was given a referral to see this guy. I thought it was my shoulder, but the emergency room didn't do an MRI so they suspected a pinched nerve in my neck. I waited 58 minutes to see this guy. They take an X-ray of my neck before I even see the doctor. He walks into the room holding the X-ray, and asks me "what is going on"? So, I proceed to tell him in just a few minutes. He says "Well, your X-ray shows a small bone spur on your neck, but I think it is your shoulder. I don't do shoulders. I can refer you to my colleague, but obviously she won't see you today. A nurse will be in to give you the information". Yep, that is it...that is all he said, and he was not nice about it. He was quite RUDE! 10 minute visit (maybe less). $217.00 That is what it cost me after waiting 58 minutes for a 10 minute visit. $217.00 I have more choice adjectives for this guy, but I am politely sticking… to rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY

If you want to see the doctor for an in and out with no help he's is your guy, his nurse was even worse! I finally got in with another doctor 1.5 weeks after and he didn't seem to happy that I was in the condition I was in and I had already seen Dr atanda with no help. Go with your gut , if you have a bad feeling about a doctor, find one you like that cares , will explain things and answer questions.

Looked down on me the entire visit. Talked to me like I am a third grader. Ran out before I could ask questions.
