He was very thorough and pleasant. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Great experience

First visit after emergency care visit and referral (4 days wait only). Careful review of my wrist. And hand. Clear statement and knowledgeable explanation of his findings, including what he needs to know more about. Great review of x-ray. Very quick scheduling of followup tests and next appointment. Office systems are excellent. Does not talk “down” to a senior.

He did his research on my issue, pleasant, good 1st impression, diagnosed the situation and gave me options with explanations and expectations

Dr Griska seemed knowledgeable abt my trigger finger which was very painful & then explained options for treatment. I chose the cortisone injection which was no picnic but the following day no pain @ all & very pleased with the result.. 1st time visit with Dr Griska.

I highly recommend Dr. Griska. He operated on 2 tendon release surgeries for trigger finger and they both healed up nicely. He's very patient and listens to you and explains everything that he's going to do and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and will explain again if needed.

Well I was not very impressed call me 1hr before appt wanting to know if I have CD of my x-rays. I then have to rush to get a copy. I call them lady at the urgent care tried but wasn't able so printed out summery took to the visit I was on time. Checked in called me back . Appt was at 9:15 talked with check in nurse in room never seen anyone till nurse came asked for cd told her couldn't get walked out this is at 950am girl comes in at 10am takes me for x-rays. Come back sit until 1020am Dr comes in finally talks with me explains things in a manor like I was more of a nuisance. His personality is not very good. This was by far my worse visit with Lancaster Orthopedic.

My appointment with Dr Griska was on time. While I thought he listened to me at first, I was not overly confident in his care or concern about my injury, and once I finished explaining, the rest of the appointment felt rushed. I left the appointment feeling as though he dismissed any concerns I had and I’m not confident he truly understood the level of my pain with the initial injury or my concern about why it happened. It felt like it was a quick “it’s just ________”’ diagnosis, which maybe it is, but I’m not confident that other reasons were considered.

Was easy to work with. Very thorough in explaining my injury and treatment options.

His bedside manner is non existent and he was very rude. He definitely treated me with disrespect because of my insurance. I heard him talking to one of the nurses about my terrible insurance.
