Rude front staff both on phone before the appointment and during the visit. Also I forgot to bring my mask and they said would have to reschedule. What dr can’t provide a 10¢ disposable mask at this point.

I am a male in my early 60's that met Dr. Silva 4 years ago at the insistence of my wife. She is a sleep apnea patient (Though not his at the time) and said I needed to be evaluated for sleep apnea too as I occasionally snored and appeared to stop breathing at night. On my 1st appointment with Dr. Silva I was not a happy camper and in retrospect was somewhat rude. I explained I was there at my wife's insistence and didn't want or need any of "His" high priced CPAP machines. He was very professional and proceeded to explain CPAP technology, highlighted his medical training and background in the military, how CPAP technology was developed and its value. He then gave me a complete physical and answered any questions I had. Needless to say I did a sleep study at his facility and and got my own CPAP machine. I was very pleased with Dr. Silva and his staff for 4 years till I retired and moved from the Fresno area recently. I use my CPAP nightly and highly recommend Dr. Silva to… family and friends!

Can not be reached!!?? Even when referred!!!! Why bother, find another doctor.
