One doctor said one thing and the the other doctor contradicted and still haven't had the ct scheduled. When I got test results last year they never went over them with me until I asked at this appt. I feel because I'm not in GRAVE danger I am obsolete for them.

We knew the ONLY hope that my step Dad had was to have a "WHIPPLE" done. Other surgeons that we visited told us that they no longer performed the Whipple as it is a 8 hour surgery and they could do 3 surgeries compared to the one whipple. We went to University and we were suppose to see a different surgeon so for the moment we were disappointed and then we met Dr. Ajay Jain and we knew we were in the best hands. We knew we wanted him to perform the Whipple on my step Dad. It was a much needed surgery. Dr. Jain explained in detail the surgery and all the possibles that could go wrong. The surgery was a success, there were no leaks or complications from the surgery. IF anyone decides on this surgery do not hesitate and Dr. Jain is a wonderful man and diligent to perform this surgery for 8 hours. I can not say enough good about this man. After this 8 hour surgery he checked up on Richard twice and let our family know how he was doing.
