Dr. Alan John Reichman, MD

Don't call and think you are going to talk to a person. The message just keeps telling you to go to their website. Held for 47 minutes the last time I called. The staff act like they would rather be anywhere but where they are. The DR's are all in a rush. Visited one of the fill in Dr's and she wouldn't even listen to us, prescribed a low dose antiobiotic and walked out the door. No goodbye, have a good day, nothing. Dr. Reichman isn't much better. Takes over a Week sometimes to get an appointment. Forget if you are sick. The DR is Not personable, walks into the room ready to leave. Doesn't listen to any of the patients concerns. This office is like a cattle corral. They bring you in and send you out. All they are working toward is their payments. DO NOT go to this Medical Office nor this Doctor.

Dr. Reichman is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever been to. He is very calm, which is very good for me, as I get excited very easily. Twice I have had to call him after patient hours, once in the middle of the night, and he got on the phone immediately and the other time he was out of state and answered my call. Does not get much better than that!

Dr Reichman and his staff have been very attentive to my needs and have always provided an understandable diagnosis.

Dr. Reichmann and his nurses and staff are first rate. I know I will always get an appointment at a convenient time, not wait too long, and Dr. Reichmann always knows what is wrong and what I need. He is a great diagnostician and genially cares for his patients. I recommend it to anyone in the area who need a primary care physician.

My husband and I have been with Dr. Reichman for nearly 30 years. We have always received outstanding care and the staff has always been genuinely concerned with meeting our needs. That's why we have remained so long and will continue to go to SugarLand Medical Associates. We have a great trust in their care!
