Dr. Alan Scott Hamilton, MD

Dr. Hamilton was the Dr. my husband went to see for his WC review. We felt like Dr. Hamilton listened to what we had to say. We had spent over a year talking to several Dr.'s SOOO many appointments for his head and spine injury. At times we felt like no one was hearing us with the issues my husband was having every day coping with the forever changes he was going thru. Before going to he Dr. Hamilton I had read a very bad review and was a little scared about our visit, I told nothing to my husband about what I had read. Dr. Hamilton was NOTHING like the review I had read and even if our out come had not been in our favor I still would have given Dr. Hamilton a wonderful review. He was kind, listened to every word, patent, took his time and cared about what my husband was going thru. He helped us to understand this was a new way of life and not life ceasing to be. Thank you so much Dr. Hamilton!

Dr. Hamilton is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. As a patient, I know that he is taking great care of me. He listens to everything I have to say. He knows me as a person which helps him take care of me as a patient. He has taken time out on a weekend to call and check on me after I had a procedure. How many doctors do that? When I go to see him I feel like I'm visiting a good friend. If you need a great doctor who cares about you and your pain management, I highly recommend to you see Dr. Hamilton. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Alan Scott Hamilton asset mental and physical symptoms in patients and he also works as a independent medical examiner for insurance companies. He's been in practice for about 6 years. Today I was examined by Dr. Alan Scott Hamilton, when he arrived in the examining room we both greeted one another and I felt we got off to a good start. As the examine continued he started to get agitated by me stating check the doctor's notes to questions that I had no idea on how to answer. I guess I stated that one too many times, he went to the nursing station and got a stethoscope. He placed the stethoscope to the left side of my chest and stated that I had a heart rate of 140. He never counted and he never looked at his watch, I felt great and I had to heart pains etc. He stated to me this exam was over he stated that I had two choices, one my daughter can walk me across the street to Medical City Hospital in Farmer Branch or he could get the nurse to called EMI. I asked are you serious… and he said yes, so I stated to call EMI. EMI was there within two minutes, from there Dr. Alan Scott Hamilton had left the building and he was no where to be found. The EMI team checked my heart rate and said it was normal and checked my blood pressure and said it was good. So EMI advised me to take extra precautions and go over go the hospital. So I took a ride with the EMI team and was released within four hours after no reading of high heart rate nor no reading of any high blood pressure.

His nurse is awesome. Both take their time with you. There's no rushing through visits. He listens! He cares! And it's the first doctor I've been to for my spinal health in 6 years that has given me hope of being able to maybe, just maybe, live without debilitating pain every, single, day.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Hamilton. I was able to be seen right on time. By far, he has been the most attentive doctor that I have ever seen. His attention to detail is superb. Not to mention, he is also bilingual. He spend an ample amount of time with me. His staff is professional and greeted me warmly. I would definitely recommend him.
